Since the inception of Perkins Construction, Inc. in 1988, the company's highest priorities have been to provide the best workmanship, optimum cost efficiency, and timely completion of our projects.  We believe that the measure of our success and the key to future growth and prosperity is client satisfaction hence our employees and subcontractors are continuously tasked with exceeding the expectations of our clients.  We are extremely proud of our history of realizing this goal.  Many first-time clients have become long-term clients.  We have solid business relationships that have endured for many years, with individuals, businesses - both large and small, and government and military institutions.

Perkins Construction, Inc. has a wide range of construction knowledge and experience.  Our projects include civil work, new building construction, and extensive remodels.  The owners of Perkins Construction, Inc. maintain a hands-on approach and personally oversee all projects.  Every project is pre-planned and scheduled to insure an efficient and safe process.  Our safety record is exemplary.

Cooperation with owners, architects and engineers with regard to the resolution of any problem that may arise is deeply ingrained in our organization.  We never take a combative approach but rather trust that our cooperative approach will be reciprocated.

An item of important consideration to our clientele is our company has always maintained a financially sound foundation.  From the beginning, our company's expansion has been conservative and steady.  At the present time our bonding capacity is approximately $20 million.
